Sean Murphy - Principal Owner
Raised in a family with a long history in the building industry, Sean gained valuable experience working in all aspects of construction throughout Northern Virginia and also in higher education. When he founded G&M Contracting in the late 1990s, Sean’s goal was to supply a higher level of integrity, quality and craftsmanship that was lacking in the industry. To this day, he has remained committed to those founding principles as he continues to lead G&M Contracting in all facets of the construction business.

Darien DiCamillo - Director of Contracts
A native to the Metro DC area, Darien worked for the federal government writing contracts after completing college. Following 10 years of service and much encouragement from his cousin and founding partner, Darien joined the G&M Contracting team where he has happily remained.

Max Cluff - Project Manager
Max's background includes several years of experience working in a professional engineering firm following his college graduation. From there he came to G&M Contracting where he has become an expert project manager. In 2007, Max was recognized by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry's DC Metro Chapter for the prestigious "Certified Remodeler Excellence Award." This was a great honor, but not surprising to his co-workers considering his reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail.

Jeremy Read - Project Manager
Jeremy began his management career right after college as a manager in the restaurant industry. His background also includes work as an excellent craftsman which is reflected in his ability to provide superior customer service to G&M Contracting clients year after year.

Bill Winter - Project Manager
Bill joined G&M Contracting following recognized military service and many years as a Mount Vernon historical restoration specialist and licensed contractor. His extensive industry knowledge, craftsman skills and restoration abilities make him a valuable asset to the contracting team.
