"Rebuilding the Standard"
“Rebuilding the Standard” is how we work. It embodies the steps we take to meet your demanding expectations, and provides the framework that enables us to exceed those expectations on each project. Our “Rebuilding the Standard” process is divided into the
following phases:
- CONSULTATION
During consultation, G&M Contracting meets with you – the client – to discuss project vision, goals and detailed project plans. We review drawings and discuss your expectations and needs, and schedule on-site visits to allow you to view our work in action.
- PARTNERSHIP
With a framework for the engagement agreed to, a letter of intent is signed. You’ll quickly receive a detailed preliminary cost projection for the project. Our team will work closely with you on cost engineering, achieving optimum value. With costs complete, a contract is signed.
- PREPARATION
G&M Contracting expedites application for all necessary permits and
guides you through the process of material selections and ordering of all project supplies – fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, tile, windows, hardware and custom items.
- DELIVERY
With all preparations final, the project begins on the pre-determined start date, is worked through – on schedule, and to completion – with your complete satisfaction the only acceptable conclusion to our project efforts.
- GUARANTEE
G&M Contracting is so confident about the quality and integrity in
applying our craft that all work performed by G&M Contracting, Inc. is
fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship for five (5) full years
from the original date of completion. If as a result of faulty
workmanship additional work is required the client will not be charged
for the cost of the repair. Certain terms and conditions apply.
