Whole House Renovation
The original industrial looking structure was in disrepair. The client’s desire was for a low maintenance detached structure with garage, office and storage space that aesthetically fit the character and beauty of the historic City. The existing structure was demolished except for the foundation and structural walls. The new structure’s exterior masonry, metal and cedar woodwork exemplify the builder’s mastery of trade. This project won first place in NARI Metro DC Chapter’s 2008 Contractor of The Year (CotY) award – residential detached structure category.
