Major Addition and Remodel

Major addition and remodel of a 1950s Ranch style home. This is an excellent example of G&M’s quality and craftsmanship. The project consist of an entire second level “pop the top”, rear porch, and extensive interior remodeling. Of the many noteworthy items, of particular interest were the second level floor consisting of recycled lumber extracted from old barns and the ancient Chinese Elm kitchen island top. This was a showcase home in the 2008 Tuckahoe Home & Garden tour.
