- Sign Fixed Price, Fixed Schedule Construction Contract
- Process and obtain Building Permit(s)
- Create construction outline

- Construction commencement within 7 days of previously scheduled start date
- Essential weekly meetings with client and architect
- Letter of substantial completion
- Punch out within 30 days
- Contract conclusion as per contract
