- The G&M Contracting team meets with you to discuss viability and preliminary project program (scope, duration, and budget scenarios).
- Referral package.
- Tour of complete project(s) and introduction of project manager(s)
- With framework for the preliminary project program (scope, duration, and costs), the agreement is signed.
- Coordinate preliminary schematic design(s).
- Review plans to establish cost and timeline based on preliminary schematic design(s).
- Based on design coordinate the construction set of plans.
- Assist as required with selection process for items such as fixtures, cabinetry and tile.
- Derive final pricing and timeline from complete construction set of plans, specifications, and selections.
- Commence construction following permit approval.
- Conduct regular on-site meetings (builder, designer, client)
- Continue to assist as required with selection process for items such as fixtures, cabinetry and tile.
- Punch out.
- G&M Contracting is so confident about the quality and integrity in applying our craft that all work performed by G&M Contracting, Inc. is fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship for five (5) full years from the original date of completion.
